Ella and I talked about shoes during one of our downtime in our HK Business Trip. How I became a shoe lover especially flats. Felt like I was doing thesis again!

Yeap, I had very little sleep last week just to meet the project deadline which I was able to do, praise God! But the weekend was also busy since we had just moved in to our new apartment here in the south. Come Monday, I stepped out of the office early, 6:30 pm that is hahaha (early na ba yun?), to have some me time even just for a couple of hours.

I have been eyeing Sissy's Nail Art & Spa in Molito Alabang since Feb so there I was being ushered to my chair, listening to soothing music and being pampered by two attendants! Sigh... thank you Lord for this sabbath.

I only availed for the regular Manicure and Pedicure for Php 360. Compared to other shops this is cheaper so I am surprised to get a little more than the regular nail cleaning and painting. The service also included a quick foot soak and light massages with generous amount of foot care products. In short, with that price indi tinipid unlike the other spa na sukat na sukat.

It is quite spacious inside so I didn't feel all cramp up with other patrons plus another selling point is its accessibility and parking space. Then again I came in on a Monday evening and from what I heard they are quite busy during Fri to Sun. Btw, some local celebs also frequent the place. So for a pretty new establishment Sissy Nail Art & Spa is quite promising! See you in a few weeks...

On our first official weekend in the new apartment, we had to swing by the nearest grocery store to stock on supplies. So after finishing up our errand for the day we decided to take a break at Domino's Pizza. Yeap there is no better way to say it but with a song -- 'I like to move it, move it...MOVE IT!

I basically became a nomad after the house I grew up got sold to pay off our family debt due to some bad business venture. Since then I have been moving every couple of years or so and I think it already rubbed off to my husband since this is our 4th lipat after we got married, hahahaha!

It was another answered prayer for me... I just thank the Lord for giving us a safe and cozy place to stay near our workplace. Our new apartment is just 15 minutes and 2 blocks (walk) away from our south office. So instead of worrying about the traffic jam, I can now divert that focus and energy on other things.

I know this is part of His plan and I can sense He has an assignment for us in the 'south area'. May you use this home Father to be a place for relationship to be build with fellow believers.

All it had to take is just a little convincing, hubby and I found ourselves at the door of The Balinese Spa. The ambiance is quite inviting for the two of us who need the time off. But he is a bit shy though to take off his clothes *hihihi* so he opted for a foot spa instead while I availed the Signature Full Body Massage. I was glad that the masseurs still ushered us to a couple's room despite availing different treatments.

For a solid good one hour, we enjoyed the kneading of a professional. The Signature Full Body Massage is a combination of Shiatsu and Swedish Massage. It is relaxing without hurting your budget.

I was ecstatic to hear the news that I will be part of the two teams who will go on for an onshore assignment. I quickly thank the Lord for answering yet another of my faith goals this year. It was awesome!

But when the travel dates were confirmed, it dawn on me that I won't be here for my hubby's birthday... a first for both of us after 15 years. Though he was sad when he heard this part of the news, he was still very supportive. So I had to make major bawi with some pre and post birthday celebration.

But for being such a loving and kind husband, you are definitely worth it... Praise God for your life and may He continue to use you for His glory.

Hi Lovelies!!! I just got back yesterday from my two-week business trip to Hong Kong. Quite an experience I have to say but I truly thank God for this career opportunity. I'll be definitely going back but next time for leisure and I won't be leaving hubby behind anymore. Hahaha!
